Emotions are through the roof right now. This morning at 8 am we found out that the house we are currently living in… the dream… the one we wanted with every fibre of our being… was listed WAY below the price we were told it would be listed for. This sent us into a scramble. We are SO CLOSE. Right on the very edge. We gave up because it was WAAAYYY out of reach. This price isn’t.
The first people are coming to see the place tonight. Things are already happening.

It’s so wild that we have another chance at this! What are the odds? Again, I’m just gonna lay it all out on the line. This is it. This is the dream. What if? What if we could settle here forever and become stewards of this little patch of land? What if we could stay here and live with the birds, and the coyotes (they were out last night), and the trees, and the spring peepers, my heart singing along with them?
