A short trip to Uptown Vancouver for the fresh air, extended 15 minutes of sunshine for February, and the expectant air of First Friday. Art At The Cave was open with a new heart themed show, by various local artists, which begged the mind in definition of the word Love. There even was a pink dragon…something to do with Barbie Love. A new-to-me shop “Short and Sweet” was open, so I indulged in a traditional matcha boba tea, the mochi donuts were not available yet. Next weekend is the Chinese new year, this shop will have traditional Chinese dancers and festivities, I look forward to a repeat visit.
